What if I don't have a required course?

Nicole from Loyalist College tells her story on marks and required courses

Narrator: With high school nearly behind you are you thinking more education is the way to the career of your dreams? Information to help you make the best choice is available.

Adam Burnette, Grade 12: What if my grades are not good enough to get in?

Nicole Viens: I was pretty much an average student the whole way through. I maintained probably about a 75%, 70 to 75% average in all my classes throughout the four years that I was there. However, you can get into colleges even if you are not an 'A' student. My graduating average from high school was about 78 and I got accepted into every program I applied to because most of them have requirements of about at least a 60 to 65 average but they will make exceptions for certain classes and things like that. It's not as hard as you think, really!
