What if I've had enough of school?Kareem and Tope from Ryerson University explain why they feel postsecondary education is different from high schoolCaroline: "What if I had enough of school?" Kareem, Ryerson University : If you think you had enough of school at this point you have got to think again because post secondary is completely different than high school. You have a lot more control over your whole academic year, you have a lot more breaks, you get to choose your courses... Tope, Ryerson University : "What if you have had enough of school?" Well some of the things to consider is that with post secondary education you can pursue the programs part time, or if you feel you still want to do a full time program, look at all the great benefits involved like choosing your own courses, courses that interest you. I think there is a lot more to gain from it, and it doesn't feel like school at all once you are doing something that really interests you. |
