What are some examples of excellent teaching?

There are many ways to be an outstanding teacher, and as many reasons to nominate someone for a Premier's Award. For example, do you know a teacher who encourages students and colleagues to explore new possibilities, take risks and solve problems in a creative way?

Or you might know someone who makes all students feel welcome and who fosters an environment of equity and respect by recognizing Ontario's many cultures.

"He always encouraged me to be more than just a single face in the crowd. I learned to support others through his support for me".
