Evaluate a Speak Up project

Tell us about a Speak Up Project

If you participated in a SpeakUp event or activity or were part of a SpeakUp Project Team, we'd like to hear from you!

Please tell us about your experience by completing this survey.

It has three short sections and will take you about 10-15 minutes to complete.

We respect your confidentiality. You cannot be identified and your survey responses will be anonymous. Survey results will be shared with educators, staff at other schools and school boards and with you!

Attention SpeakUp Project Teams!

We are excited to learn about your SpeakUp Project.

Your project team must complete a Speak Up Project Report (a new report template will be posted in early spring 2010) and email it to studentengagement@ontario.ca. Please also print out a hard copy for your Principal to sign. They will send the signed copy to the Student Success Leader at your school board.

The SpeakUp Project Report asks what you did, who you reached, who was on the team and what you spent. It will take about 20-30 minutes of your project team's time to complete.

If there was more than one SpeakUp Project at your school, each project team needs to do a separate report.

Your feedback is important to us! Results from these reports will be combined and shared with educators, staff at other schools and school boards and with you!
