The Ontario Prospects Facilitator's Guide highlights Ontario Prospects as an education and career planning resource for all teachers, especially those who teach: Grades 7 and 8, to support students' transition to secondary school; guidance and career education courses; and cooperative education. The guide provides literacy and differentiated instructional tools and strategies, and specific activities for helping students access and use the information in Ontario Prospects. The guide also includes strategies for engaging administrators, teachers, and parents in the education and career planning process.
