2010-11 MISA Leaders Information Survey

January 13, 2011

MISA Leaders,

We are conducting a '2010-11 MISA Leaders Information Survey' to gather current information and new insights into how MISA leaders can be better supported to continue improved student achievement through the use of data and evidence. For your convenience we have broken this survey into 3 sections.

Please use the links below and complete the survey by the deadlines indicated for each section. If your board has more than one person or shared responsibility for MISA, we ask that only the main MISA Leader be responsible in answering all three sections on behalf of the board.

(A) MISA Leaders' Event [Due January 21, 2011]:

This first section includes questions designed to help us plan future MISA Leaders' events to better meet the needs of attendees (i.e. MISA Leaders).

This section should take approximately 15 to 30 minutes to complete.

(B) MISA Leaders [Due January 28, 2011]:

This second section includes general information questions about MISA Leaders to:

  • ensure we have up-to-date records; and
  • provide a current make-up of the board staff involved with this initiative.

This section should take approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete.

(C) MISA Activities [Due January 28, 2011]:

This third section includes questions about MISA activities to:

  • provide a current picture of how MISA is supporting board activities; and
  • determine how MISA can continue to support board activities in the future.

This section should take approximately 50 to 75 minutes to complete. For your convenience we have attached a copy of the questions so that you can gather information prior to completing this section.

Notes for completing the survey:

  • Please complete all of the questions to the best of your ability with the most fulsome answers for each.
  • You can complete each of the 3 sections at different times, however you will not be able to exit and return to a section once you have started (i.e. if you need to exit the survey section part way through you will need to re-enter information you have already input).
  • You can use the “Prev” and “Next” buttons to alter questions that have already been completed.

Thank you for your participation!
