Explo! ‐ A Conference for Families on Resilience The Parent Involvement Committee of Conseil scolaire de district du Grand Nord de l'Ontario will organize a conference and hold workshops to bolster the resilience of youth and parents by exploring the cognitive, emotional, social and physical elements of well‐being. Parents will be provided with strategies for adopting a holistic approach in encouraging and supporting the well‐being of their children. This will also provide parents with an opportunity to increase communication between the school, the home and the community, and to develop relationships with other parents. $ 10,000
Conseil scolaire public du Nord‐Est de l'Ontario Symposium on Parental Involvement Conseil scolaire public du Nord‐Est de l'Ontario will organize a conference for parents to discuss, share, collaborate and become more actively involved in the well‐being and success of their children. Through workshops, parents will receive the necessary information, tools and resources to support them in encouraging the academic success of their children. $ 10,000
CSDC de l'Est ontarien Building a Foundation for Our Children’s Future Conseil scolaire catholique de l’Est ontarien will organize a conference for parents and those who work in early childhood development to offer effective strategies and mechanisms for learning and development in young children through positive relationships. The project's main objective is to nourish healthy and positive relationships between children, families, school teams and community partners, and to create and develop links between parents, schools and community partners. $ 10,000
CSDC de l'Est ontarien Supporting Your Child in the
Digital Age
Conseil scolaire catholique de l’Est ontarien will host workshops to teach families and their children about contemporary tools of the digital age. An accompanying program of interactive family activities focused on a variety of ministry and school initiatives (e.g., admissions policy, intake and student support, aménagement linguistique) will be presented to parents during the workshops. $ 10,000
