Degree Authority through an Act of the Legislative Assembly

• Publicly Assisted Universities
• Privately Funded Institutions

Degree Authority through Ministerial Consent

• All Programs Offered on the Basis of a Ministerial Consent
• Programs Offered by the Colleges of Applied Arts and Technology only
