Dear Reader:

As the Minister of Training, Colleges and Universities, I am pleased to release the 13th annual Employment Profile of graduates from Ontario's colleges of applied arts and technology.

The report provides a snapshot picture of the employment experiences of 2000-2001 college graduates six months after graduation. Information on graduate and employer satisfaction is also included.

The co-operation of graduates and their employers in responding to the Graduate Outcomes/Graduate Satisfaction and Employer Satisfaction surveys helped to develop this useful source of labour market information that serves two main purposes: to improve college programs and to provide useful information for potential college students who are making career choices and program selections. My sincere thanks to each Ontario college graduate and the employers involved in the survey for making that commitment to the Ontario Colleges of Applied Arts and Technology.

Yours sincerely,

Dianne Cunningham
Minister
