Operators must comply with the requirements for lead flushing and water sample testing (where applicable) under the Safe Drinking Water Act, 2002, O. Reg. 243/07. All records and documents must be available for inspection by any member of the public during normal business hours without charge.
Where applicable, operators must comply with the requirements of the Safe Drinking Water Act, 2002, O. Reg. 170/03. These provisions only apply to designated facilities with drinking water systems where the water is not provided through service connections with a municipal residential water system.
Flushing frequency and proceduresThe operator of a day nursery located in a building where no part of the plumbing was installed before January 1, 1990 shall ensure that:
