Unlocking our Children’s Potential: Literacy and Numeracy as a Foundation

The Council of Ministers of Education, Canada (CMEC) and the Literacy and Numeracy Secretariat wish to thank warmly everyone who participated in Unlocking our Children's Potential: Literacy and Numeracy as a Foundation on November 24 and 25, 2005 in Toronto.
